DescriptionDescription  Traditional Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies
InstructionsInstructions  1) To start off you need to sieve the flour and salt into a mixing bowl, and then add the butter and sugar whilst mixing it to a creamed perfection. (2) Then you will need to add the egg and vanilla essence - beat the egg until the contents has creamed. Now you will need to add the cut up chocolate into the mixture and continue to mix making sure the chocolate doesn't blend and remains as chocolate chips. (3) Finally, Put equal amounts of the mixture onto a baking tray pre-greased and Put in oven for 10 MIN @ GAS MARK 6.
NotesNotes  Serve once cooled or when slightly warm with milk or Serve with tea the next day. (store in container once cooled).
