  • 2 sticks celery
  • 150g (51⁄2oz) broccoli
  • 1⁄2 x 420g jar Bhuna curry sauce

InstructionsInstructions  1) Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, dice the carrot and slice the celery. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add vegetables. Soften. Add the lentils, pour over 200ml (7fl oz) water. Simmer gently (covered) for 20 minutes until the lentils are cooked and the water is evaporated. 2) Add the curry sauce and the broccoli, broken into small florets. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
NotesNotes  Serve with naan breads.
